The 2025 Physics and Astronomy Congress will be hosted at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Denver and easily accesible from the Denver International Airport. SPS has negotiated special room rates for the event — book early to secure your spot, as rooms fill up fast!

Traveling and attending is a big financial commitment for those wanting to attend. This year, we are excited to provide two separate opportunities to receive travel awards. Check out the information for both the Chapter Travel Awards and the Underrepresented Student Travel Award and submit an application by Sept. 19, 2025.
