The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is centrally located on Denver’s 16th Street Mall, a bustling pedestrian promenade, and is well-served by public transit.

The 2025 Congress kicks off with site tours on Thursday morning and concludes Saturday night, so expect to stay 3–4 nights. Tours leave early Thursday morning, so plan on arriving on Wednesday, October 29 if you want to join. Most attendees leave the morning of Sunday, November 2.

Hotel accommodations are not part of the Congress registration fee, so you must make your own reservations. Rooms have filled out quickly in the past, so plan to book early.

• Single/double/per night: $199.00 plus tax (for a total of $234.34/night)
• Rooms are available in either one queen or two double beds
• Maximum number of guests in a standard room is four people
• Complimentary standard Wi-Fi service is included in guest rooms

Getting there

• Airport: The closest airport is the Denver International Airport (DEN). It is a 30-minute drive by car or a 40-minute ride by light rail to downtown Denver.
• Rail: Denver’s Union Station is about 1 mile from the hotel, and is the main depot for Amtrak and bus routes. It is also where you can connect to the light rail to the airport.
• Shuttle: The Mallride Shuttle is free and runs frequently along 16th Street between Union Station and the hotel.
• Parking: Hotel parking is limited, but several park facilities are available nearby.
