To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Ernest Rutherford’s famous gold foil experiment, the 2011-2012 SOCK celebrates A Century of Revolution with nuclear themed activities. The activities take users on an exploration of the atomic world through solving a mystery, trying a “gold foil” experiment of their own, and seeing chain reactions in action!
