I am a junior currently pursuing my B.S in Physics at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My current research interests are using high performance computing to study astrophysical phenomenon such as Core-Collapse Supernovae, and Neutrino Transport. I hope to continue this interest and hopefully pursue a PhD in Physics focusing on Cosmology and diving deeper into the unknowns of our mysterious Universe!

I currently serve as an outreach coordinator for my chapters SPS, and part of my initiatives were increasing diversity in Physics, particularly People of Color in Physics. After learning more about why so few People of Color decide to major in Physics, I decided to start a People of Color in Physics Organization at The University of Tennessee to focus on retention and increasing diversity in Physics. So far we have done outreach demonstrations at local Boys and Girls Clubs and established a successful organization that will hopefully last for years to come!
