Project Description: The Society of Physics Students at the University of Tennessee Knoxville is seeking to use a high powered transonic rocket to collect high altitude bacteria and viruses known as bioaerosols. These poorly understood microorganisms may play an important role in cloud seeding and atmospheric chemical processes which have climate implications.
