Project Description: The SPS students at University of Tennessee, Knoxville founded the Saturday Science Club, a monthly gathering of elementary students and SPS members at a local low-income, community school. The program provides four hours of free science activities with lunch included for any elementary-school-age students who are able to attend. 15 SPS members put together stations covering a variety of topics ranging from density and other properties of fluids to activities from the 2014-2015 SPS SOCK, desgined to engage 20-25 students in 4th through 8th grade.
