About the Recipient

Dr. Jose Lopez is an Associate Professor of Physics at Seton Hall University. He currently serves as the Zone 3 Councilor on the SPS National Council. He received his BS from Saint Peter’s College (now Saint Peter’s University) and his Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology. His research interests include plasma physics, specifically microplasmas.
