About JURPA

The Journal of Undergraduate Research in Physics and Astronomy (JURPA) is a peer-reviewed publication of the Society of Physics Students devoted to reports authored by undergraduates in physics, astronomy, and their related fields. JURPA introduces students to the publishing process while publicly disseminating their research activities.

Want to Publish in JURPA?

Manuscripts are accepted for publication in JURPA on a rolling basis. Those received by March 15 each year will be included in the print version sent to SPS members in the summer. All accepted manuscripts will receive a DOI and be published online on AIP Publishing and the SPS website.
