Congress Highlights from The SPS Observer
Attendees shared their reflections on the Congress in the Spring 2023 Edition of The SPS Observer. About the cover: Sisyphus: Momentum of the Photon, an acrylic painting by Valeria Viteri-Pflucker, won Best in Show in the Physics Phine Art Contest at the 2022 Physics Congress. The artist is a PhD student in optics at the University of Rochester. The work draws on the Greek myth of Sisyphus as a macroscale representation of the force exerted by light as it is used in optical traps.
