Matt Aggleton

During my undergrad at the Rochester Institute of Technology, I served as secretary, treasurer, vice-president, and president of our SPS chapter. As a physics Ph.D. working in industry, I give back to students by volunteering in the Adopt-a-Physicist program and at my graduate school, UC Irvine, as a mentor for physical sciences students.

Job Description: My primary focus is on process development and improvement. I help develop and fine tune process parameters for metal forming techniques such as flow-forming, which are not analytically well understood, to move parts from initial development into production. I also spend time developing ideas for continuous improvement and expanded capacity/capability.
