Lee Roby

Lee Roby is a queer, trans undergraduate double majoring in Physics and Hispanic Literature at Juniata College, where they are deeply committed to building inclusive and equitable communities in STEM. Through their leadership in their local SPS chapter and now as an AZC, they bring both lived experience to strengthen their advocacy for marginalized voices in physics. Whether mentoring students, organizing inclusive events, or speaking out in defense of equity, they are driven by the belief that visibility and solidarity will continue to transform the field. Through their leadership in SPS, Lee aims to ensure that physics is not just accessible, but affirming for everyone.
