Justine Boecker Harren

About

I was involved in SPS in college. However, I began to appreciate even more the resources SPS provides me when I became an SPS summer intern at the American Association of Physics Teachers. That experience shaped my plans for the rest of my future. Since graduation, I have been both a high school physics teacher and an elementary innovation specialist. Additionally, I have continued work with the American Association of Physics Teachers, and joined state leadership as a member of the Minnesota State Science Standards Review Committee. I am interested in joining the Alumni Engagement Program because there are many people that are interested in education, but have various experiences that detour them. I want to be a positive experience around K12 education. I also want to show that there a lot of things you can do in education in addition to classroom teaching.
