Damien F. Gray

I graduated from Rice University with a degree in Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics in 1988. Since then, I have worked at a variety of industrial physics and software positions in multiple industries. I am currently a laser/optics engineer at a 3D printing company - EOS North America.

I have been involved with almost every Adopt-A-Physicist session since its inception. I really enjoy interacting with young people learning physics. By opening up for any sort of question, we have all learned a lot. I would love to do this in person. Why are you applying? I think interest in a STEM education and career must be nurtured at all stages of education and career. Bringing the message personally has always been very rewarding for me.
