Brendan Diamond
About
I was a SPS chapter officer and Associate Zone Councilor (18) in undergrad at CSU, Chico and went to the 2004 quadrennial conference and have been to all Sigma Pi Sigma conference since. I also served on the planning committee for the 2008 Congress in FNAL. My PhD work was in high energy physics at Florida State University and I am now an Assistant Professor of physics and astronomy at Howard Community College. We do not have an SPS chapter on campus though I’m hoping to find some physics majors to change that but I am the advisor for the Astronomy Club and I have a research group studying exoplanets with our 14" telescope on campus.
